How it Works
1. Check Our Delivery Area
We deliver to select locations in northwestern Wisconsin, including Shell Lake, Spooner, Hayward, Minong, Danbury, Webster, Cumberland, Rice Lake, Turtle Lake, Barron, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, and the surrounding areas. If your location isn't on this list, reach out to us!
We charge $1 per mile (loaded round trip) from our address in Shell Lake: W9401 Valley View Rd, Shell Lake, WI 54871
2. Browse Rental Options
Visit our "Rentals" page to explore our selection of tents, tables, chairs, and more. Make note of the items you'd like to rent, including the quantity of each.
3. Request a Quote
Fill out our quote form, which is located at the bottom of the "Rentals" page or in the menu at the top of our website. This helps us determine pricing and availability for your requested items.

We will get back to you as soon as possible, and you can let us know if you're ready to move forward with the rental process, and have us reserve your items.
4. Utility Check (for tents & bounce houses)
If you’re renting a tent or a bounce house, you must contact Digger’s Hotline at (800) 432-7910 to locate underground utilities. This step ensures proper and safe tent setup.
5. Delivery Scheduling
We will contact you within two weeks of your event to schedule a delivery day and time. Typically, we deliver your rental items up to four days prior to your event and pick them up 1-3 days afterward. If you have special scheduling requests, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
6. Day of Delivery
Someone must be present at the event site when we arrive to show our technicians where to set up the tent. Tables will be placed under the tent or in a weather-protected area (if no tent is rented). Chairs will be folded and stacked on top of the tables.
7. Post Event Pick-Up
After your event, please fold the chairs and place them back on top of the tables for easy pickup. Our technicians will arrive 1-3 days after your event to retrieve the rental items.
