Yes, you can decorate, but we ask that you refrain from using anything that will puncture or stain the tent. Each tent has a rope around the perimeter where decorations and/or lights can be attached.
Yes! All of our prices include set up and take down. Someone needs to be at the site when we arrive to set up the tent to show our technicians where it should be placed. Tables will be set up either under the tent or out of the weather, if you are not renting a tent. Chairs will be folded and stacked on top of each table. After the event, we ask that you fold the chairs and place them back on top of the tables.
No! We understand that it takes time to get ready for your event. We will contact you within 2 weeks of your event and schedule the delivery day/time with you. Usually your tent and other items can be delivered up to 4 days prior to your event and picked up 1-3 days afterwards. This schedule is tailored to meet your needs so be sure to let us know if you have any special requests!

No, we do not rent out linens.
You should add 8 feet onto the width and length of each tent. That is the amount of square feet needed to put up each of our tents. For example, a 20 x 40 ft tent will need a space of 28 x 48 ft.
Yes! This is a free service and is required when renting a tent and/or a bounce house. Calling Digger’s Hotline protects our technicians when they are putting up the tent and it also prevents any underground lines from being damaged. All of our pole tents must be staked into the ground. They can be placed on dirt, grass, gravel, or blacktop. There is an extra charge for blacktop to repair the holes from the stakes. We cannot place any of our pole tents on cement.
We currently have one 20X50 frame tent that can be set up without stakes. This tent can go on any surface, including cement.
Yes, all of our tent prices include lights.
